What is vishing and how does DeepGuard prevent it?
Vishing (voice phishing) uses AI-generated deepfake voices to impersonate people you trust. DeepGuard extracts Mel-frequency cepstral coefficients (MFCCs) from uploaded audio and runs them through our CNN model to detect synthetic anomalies human ears can't hear.
What audio file formats do you support?
DeepGuard currently supports WAV, MP3, OGG, FLAC, and M4A formats. For the most accurate forensic results, we recommend uploading uncompressed WAV files.
Is my uploaded audio stored on your servers?
Your privacy is our priority. If you enable "Auto-Delete" in your dashboard settings, your audio files are permanently wiped from our server the exact millisecond the forensic analysis is complete.
Are there any limits on how many files I can scan?
Every new account receives 2 free scan credits to test the system. After that, DeepGuard operates on a flexible pay-per-scan model starting at RM2.50 per scan. Standard scans use 1 credit, while maximum-accuracy Deep Scans use 2 credits.
Can DeepGuard process real-time phone calls?
Currently, DeepGuard is a forensic tool designed to analyze pre-recorded audio files. We are actively researching ways to implement real-time stream analysis in future updates to provide active vishing defense.
