01. Acceptance
By accessing or using the DeepGuard platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the platform. "You" means the person or organization utilizing the service. "We" means the developers of DeepGuard operating under the German-Malaysian Institute (GMI).
02. The Service
DeepGuard provides an AI-powered audio forensics and deepfake detection web application. The platform analyzes uploaded audio files and returns a mathematical probability indicating whether the speech patterns were generated by a synthetic model.
Disclaimer of Liability: You acknowledge that the Service provides analytical estimations based on a trained Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), not definitive legal or factual guarantees. DeepGuard and its developers do not guarantee any specific outcome and are not responsible for any actions taken, or not taken, based on the confidence scores or verdicts provided by our platform.
03. Credit Economy & Payments
To perform audio analysis, users must maintain a balance of digital credits. Payments are securely processed via Stripe. By initiating a purchase, you agree to the following economic rules:
- All purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstance.
- Credits hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.
- Purchased credits will not expire as long as your account remains active and unbanned.
04. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Upload audio files that contain illegal content, malware, or that explicitly violate third-party privacy rights.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models (including but not limited to
best_model.pt). - Overload our infrastructure, manipulate the credit API, or bypass the built-in rate limiters.
05. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account—and forfeit any remaining digital credits—immediately, without prior notice or liability, if we determine that you have breached these Terms of Service or engaged in abusive platform behavior.
