Privacy Policy.
Your privacy is our architectural priority. We only collect what is strictly necessary to run the engine.
01. Information We Collect
When you utilize the DeepGuard platform, we collect the following limited data points:
- Account Data: Your email address and display username. Passwords are protected via robust cryptographic hashing (Bcrypt).
- Audio Files: Pre-recorded audio files (.wav, .mp3, .mpeg, etc.) that you manually upload to the terminal for scanning.
- Payment Data: We do not collect or store credit card details on our servers. All transactions are securely sandboxed and processed by Stripe.
02. Audio Retention Policy
Privacy-First Processing
DeepGuard is designed to analyze sensitive voice data without compromising it:
- Auto-Delete (Default): If Auto-Delete is enabled in your settings, your uploaded audio file is permanently wiped from our storage cluster the exact millisecond the AI finishes its analysis.
- Forensic Storage: If you explicitly disable Auto-Delete, the file is temporarily retained solely to generate downloadable PDF forensic reports on your dashboard.
- Total Erase: Deleting a scan record from your dashboard permanently deletes all associated spectrograms, JSON evidence files, and remaining audio data from our system.
04. Communication
By creating an account, you agree to receive essential transactional emails (e.g., account verification links, password resets). If you enable the "Email Alerts" setting in your profile, you will also receive automated notifications when an audio scan is completed.
05. Contact
If you have any questions regarding this Privacy Policy, your data rights, or account deletion, please contact the DeepGuard administrative team at deepguard.my@gmail.com.
